Join us as Galerie d'Orsay celebrates summer with two incredible women, Kathy Buist and Tolla. Both artists effortlessly capture the emotional spirit; through Buist's masterful brush strokes expressing nature's ethereal spirit and Tolla's naturalistic bronze figures embodying the human, spiritual connection.
Galerie d'Orsay is honored to be selected for Art Southampton's juried exhibition of the most prestigious contemporary artists working today. We will be exhibiting our finest collection of Contemporary Masters, including Kathy Buist, Bruno Zupan and Natasha Zupan.
As a plein air painter, Bruno Zupan captures moments from recent travels around the world, and includes abstract impressions of city scenes, florals and sweeping vistas. His exquisite work has been featured in private and public collections, including Art in Bloom at the MFA, Boston. Please join us in celebrating spring with the most recent works of renowned contemporary artist Bruno Zupan, alongside the work of his accomplished daughter, Natasha Zupan.
Galerie d’Orsay proudly presents its 15-Year Anniversary Exhibition throughout the month of September & October 2015, highlighting the most significant exhibitions and artists from the past fifteen years!
Galerie d'Orsay will delve into brilliant hues and luminous whimsy in their show entitled Mid-Century in Full Color, showcasing rare and highly celebrated compositions by influential masters of the period, including Andy Warhol, Robert Motherwell, Gerhard Richter, Damien Hirst, Alexander Calder, Robert Indiana, Joan Miro, and Helen Frankenthaler, among others. These mid-century artists brought a light-hearted and uplifting mood to their introspective and profound offerings. And continuing the tradition today, we'll present two outstanding contemporary artists who were heavily influenced by these giants: Elizabeth daCosta Ahern, a student of Helen Frankenthaler, and the mixed media collage artist Carol Gove, who was just honored by Regis College in Weston, MA with a large exhibition of her dynamic collages.
Celebrating the Sounds of the City: Images of Music and Dance is a tribute to the vitality of contemporary urban culture.

Join us in celebrating new work by contemporary artists Kathy Buist and Richard Erdman. Paired together for their elemental aesthetic, both artists have been featured in numerous museum exhibitions and private collections including the Parrish Art Museum and the Sculpture Garden at Pepsi Co. In her abstract landscapes, Kathy Buist utilizes organic technical elements which enhance the natural qualities of her work. Richard Erdman’s stone and bronze sculpture evokes movement through organic and man-made materials. We are pleased to present both artists’ most recent work as a dynamic contemporary collection.

For over fifty years, Picasso and Matisse reveled in a fervent artistic rivalry that produced some of the most dazzling works of the last 20th C. Compelling them to exceeding innovation, it is difficult to speak of one without addressing the other's influence. Here we celebrate works that highlight their shared interests and their astounding impact on the modernist art movement.
